Chateau Canadel
Chateau Canadel winery was bought by the famous married couple Amal and George Clooney. It is located in the French wine region, Provence. They own a 25 ha vineyard. The Domaine du Canadel winery is known for its specific wine production and manual grape harvesting. Great attention is paid to the harvesting itself and the aging process. In order to fully express all their nuances, each plot of the vineyard is harvested separately at ideal maturity and vinified separately. Each tank therefore has its own subtleties and its own character.
Chateau Canadel rose 2020
It has a bio wine certificate. It is made from a blend of hand-picked Mouvedre, Cinsault and Grenache grape varieties. The wine has a beautiful salmon pink color. Dominant aromas of peach, tangerine and exotic fruit. The wine has a nice balanced taste, full-bodied and dominated by the aroma of peach. It has a very intense aftertaste, a nicely expressed freshness. The temperature at which it is recommended to serve is between 10-12°C.
Chateau Canadel cuvee 2018
Made from Mourvedre, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah varieties from south-facing vines, ripened in full sun. Each variety makes its own contribution, and by mixing they create an irresistible combination. Small, black Mourvedre grapes produce a very tannic wine, Cinsault, light-skinned grapes contribute significant aromas. Grenache adds body, concentration and vibrant red fruit flavors, while Syrah adds structure, salinity and black fruit notes. This cuvee also has a Bio wine certificate.
